PERSONALIZATION QUESTIONS
 
Most gifts can be personalized with Names, Initials, Dates etc. Each gift is pictured on our website with the font available for engraving.  Select gifts can accommodate multiple lines of engraving and this will be included in the description of the gift.
 
If a Monogram is desired, the initials for a Monogram should be listed in this order: First, Last, Middle initial.

All personalization costs are included in the pricing. Please email us info@fabulouslychicweddings.com with any unanswered engraving or personalization questions.

Can I extend the character limit and change the personalization format?
There is only a set amount of space that the manufacturer has available to personalize your item. So character limit and format can not be changed; however, based on the space and design constraints of each personalized item, we do offer the most character space possible.
 
Can I select a particular font for my personalized item?
Manufacturers have selected the font style and size that will work best for the design of the item. Each gift is pictured on our website with the font available for engraving. If you can select the font, the font styles will be listed in the product description (select items only).
 
How do I give more specific engraving instructions?
If you have special requirements or instructions for how you would like a gift or gifts personalized, please contact us before placing your order.

I can't find an item on your site, can I still order it?
If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please email us at info@fabulouslychicweddings.com and we will try our best to find what you are looking for.   We work with the best companies in the wedding industry so we're confident we can help you.
 
What methods of payment do you accept?
At Chic Weddings we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call us at 419-517-6480 for more information on how to place your order.
 
Can I pay over the phone?
If you are not comfortable paying online, you may call us with your credit card number, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST) at 419-517-6480 or we will accept a mailed money order. However, please be advised that order processing will not begin until payment is received and cleared.
 
How can I inquire about or add to my order?
 
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
 

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship orders placed online or by phone within 5 business days of the day the order was placed. Candle orders will ship within 7 business days. All other orders are shipped within 3 business days.  If your order cannot be shipped within the fulfillment time listed, we will notify you immediately by email. Please place your gift and candle orders at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. This will help to alleviate rush-shipping charges.

 
Can you ship my order overnight?
Only UPS ground service shipping method is available. Personalized items are shipped to you directly from the vendor, and they determine their own shipping methods.
 
Can you ship my order to a post office box?
Our items can only be shipped to a street address.
 
Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?  
Sorry, you are not able to change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

What are your shipping charges?

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Orders totaling $0.01 - $20.00 = $6.95
Orders totaling $20.01 - $40.00 = $7.95
Orders totaling $40.01 - $60.00 = $8.95
Orders totaling $60.01 - $80.00 = $9.95
Orders totaling $80.01 - $100.00 = $11.95
Orders totaling $100.01 - $150.00 = $14.95
Orders totaling $150.01- $300.00 = $17.95
Orders over $300.01 = $19.95

Will I be charged sales tax?
Before and After Bean, LLC is required to collect 6.75% state sales tax on all orders which are being shipped within the state of Ohio. All other states are exempt.

RETURN QUESTIONS
 
Return Policy
Please inspect goods immediately. Any defects or damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Note: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us at orders@fabulouslychicweddings.com for Return Authorization.
 
Why are personalized items nonrefundable or exchangeable?

Since these items have been personalized for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We make every effort to personalize your item exactly as you request it and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a mistake in your personalization, please email us within 3 days of delivery date at orders@fabulouslychicweddings.com to discuss replacement options.
