When founder, Jennifer Drake, planned her wedding, she was struck with how difficult it was to find affordable wedding accessories that reflected her unique sense of personal style. She spent hours searching store after store, site after site, to collect the wedding accessories she needed for her picture-perfect wedding. She began to dream about the future possibility of a one-stop online bridal store with a selection of wedding accessories for many different styles. With the birth of her first child in January of 2006, she realized She could not return to the corporate world. She could use her buying and customer service experience to turn her bridal dream store into reality.

In August 2006, My Chic Wedding Store was launched. However, by February of 2007, her interests had turned back to her original love of stationery, when she opened Fun & Sassy Designs. My Chic Wedding Store took a backseat as Fun & Sassy Designs began to grow and expand.

Almost a year later, she decided the time had come once again to revisit her love for weddings and her desire to provide brides with a personal, unique shopping experience. In January 2008, she reopened her wedding accessories store, this time as Fabulously Chic Weddings.

Much to her delight, the new site almost immediately received attention, as if brides were just waiting for her to reopen!

Our goal at Fabulously Chic Weddings is to keep up with the latest trends, without ignoring the traditional wedding styles that many brides desire. We are determined to provide

Jennifer Drake planned her own wedding, as well as assisted in the planning of several others. With her years of buying experience, she has dedicated much time and attention to researching different styles, providing a wide range of unique wedding accessories for today's brides.

She is the mother of an adorable toddler son, as well as the wife of a very supportive husband.

When asked what her inspiration is, she replied, "My family... but the most important part of my business is my customers... that is what my company is all about and I never want to lose sight of that. I am truly blessed that I was given the opportunity to start my own business."
